The terms below govern your use of the design.computer Chrome Extension. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to them.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the "design.computer" Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), developed and maintained by DESIGNMARK STUDIO SRL ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.

2 Description of the Service

The Extension is a browser tool designed strictly to interact with a limited set of third-party AI platforms by reading and modifying the DOM (Document Object Model) of those websites in order to provide its intended functionality:

3 Open Source & License

The Extension's source code is 100% open source and publicly available for inspection. It is released under the MIT License. You are strongly encouraged to review it prior to installation.

4 Communications & Email

When you sign up to use our services on https://my.design.computer, or if you provide us with contact details directly through email, you agree to us processing those details to send you updates and notices related to the design.computer product. Specifically, this means:

• Product updates and improvements — new features, changes, and meaningful enhancements to the Extension.
• Service notifications — alerts in the event of outages, disruptions, or other operational issues.
• Policy notices — communications regarding violations or infringements of these Terms or our policies.

We do not send unrelated marketing, third-party promotions, or spam. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

5 Acceptable Use & Takedown Rights

The Extension grabs the code generated by the AI platforms and publishes it to a custom URL or a random one. Because these pages are hosted via Cloudflare and we control the associated URLs and infrastructure, you retain ownership of your content, but we reserve the right to enforce acceptable use on our servers.

You agree not to use the Extension to generate, publish, or promote harmful, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to delete URLs, sever access to any published page, and ban your email address from using our products by blocking access to our dashboard if you:

• Promote harmful or hateful material, harassment, or violence;
• Publish sexual, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Violate these Terms, applicable law, or the policies of the third-party platforms;
• Are subject to a valid request or order from a competent authority requiring us to take a page down;
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass the security measures of the underlying third-party platforms.

6 Use at Your Own Risk

You are strongly encouraged to review the open-source code on GitHub before installation, and should only use the Extension after you have reviewed it and are satisfied with the code. You use the Extension entirely at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring its use complies with the terms of any third-party platform it interacts with.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DESIGNMARK STUDIO SRL is not responsible or liable for any security vulnerabilities, bugs, or issues that might appear, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Extension. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

9 Third-Party Platforms & Trademarks

The Extension depends on and interacts with platforms operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. We have no control over these platforms, their availability, or their policies, and we are not responsible for changes they make that may affect the Extension's functionality.

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

10 Age Restriction

The Extension is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 16. By using the Extension, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age.

11 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Extension.

12 Changes to These Terms

If we update the Extension in the future to require different permissions, change how it operates, or modify these Terms, we will post the updated document here. We are not obligated to and may not notify you directly when updates occur. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, where DESIGNMARK STUDIO SRL is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, provided that this does not deprive you of the mandatory statutory protections granted by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

1 Introduction & Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the "design.computer" Chrome Extension ("the Extension") and our associated services, developed and maintained by DESIGNMARK STUDIO SRL ("we," "us," or "our").

For any personal data we process, DESIGNMARK STUDIO SRL acts as the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2 Extension Data Collection and Usage

The core generation functionalities of the Extension operate entirely locally on your machine, and we do not harvest your prompts, browsing habits, analytics, or tracking cookies. However, if you choose to publish or share a page generated by the Extension, those specific files are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which we manage in order to provide the sharing capability.

3 Communications & Email Data

When you sign up to use our services at https://my.design.computer, or voluntarily contact us via email, we collect and process the email address and any additional information you provide.

We process this data to send you updates and notices regarding our services, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing customer support and communicating important product updates. We retain this contact data only for as long as necessary to fulfill these specific purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7 Age Restriction
